Ireland calls India key strategic partner, pledges to deepen ties

Launching Ireland's six-month Presidency of the Council of the European Union in New Delhi, Irish Ambassador Kevin Kelly described India as one of EU's most important strategic partners. He said Ireland would work to advance the EU-India FTA while expanding cooperation in tech, climate, digital innovation, maritime security and resilient supply chains amid growing global geopolitical challenges.
