Irresponsible: Majumdar to Bengal CM for remarks over SIR

Union Minister Sukanta Majumdar criticised West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee for her allegations against the BJP over Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. "Being the Chief Minister of a state, such an irresponsible statement should not come from her mouth," he said. His comments came after Banerjee urged women across Bengal to "lead the fight" against "illegal voter deletions".
