'Is Governor a mere puppet?' asked in Bihar Civil Services Exam

A question in Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) Examination (Mains) on Sunday asked candidates, "Critically examine the role of Governor in the state politics in India, particularly in Bihar. Is he a mere puppet?" The BPSC officials were quoted as saying that they had no role in setting the questions. They added that there was nothing wrong with the question.
