IS hired Moscow concert hall attackers via Telegram: Report

Russian media has reported that the Islamic State (IS) hired the perpetrators of the recent Moscow concert hall attack via social networking platform Telegram. The gunmen were a part of the Telegram group 'Sadoi Khuroson' (Voice of Khorasan), which has now been deleted. Seven suspects from Tajikistan and one suspect from Kyrgyzstan have been arrested and placed in pre-trial detention.
