A YouTuber recently shared on social media conducting an iodine test on paneer dishes at Gauri Khan's restaurant, which he termed as fake. Also known as analogue paneer, it can be deciphered with the help of an iodine test, but it is not a foolproof method since there can be other ingredients in the dish as well.
