Is it legal?: Shenoy as US broker threatens ban if SpaceX investors sell shares in 15 days

Capitalmind AMC's CEO Deepak Shenoy reacted after an investor claimed that US brokerage firm Fidelity threatened to ban traders for selling allocated IPO shares of SpaceX within first 15 days from start of trading in secondary market. "How is this legal? SEBI will gut them down in a second in India," Shenoy said. SpaceX was listed on Nasdaq on Friday.
