Is KitKat a chocolate or a biscuit, asks Moily over GST

Congress leader Veerappa Moily, while speaking during the GST debate in Lok Sabha on Wednesday said categorisation of goods is yet to be done, adding, "Is KitKat a chocolate or a biscuit?" Further, he said that one-nation, one-tax regime is only a myth. Notably, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has introduced four Bills in Lok Sabha for discussion and passage.
