The Hyderabad HC has asked the Andhra Pradesh government to declare whether the CPI (Maoist) central committee member Ramakrishna alias RK, is dead or alive in police custody. This came after RK's wife alleged that her husband was recently injured and arrested in an encounter in Odisha and the police might kill him in a fake encounter after torturing him.
