Is the Cockroach Janta Party a real political party?

Despite its growing popularity on social media, Cockroach Janta Party is not officially registered with Election Commission of India yet. To become a recognised political party, CJP would need proper leadership structures, verified membership, financial records, state-level units and legal compliance with EC rules. Currently, the movement remains decentralised and mostly internet-driven.
