ISI creating disturbance in Punjab: Official on blast at temple

After an explosion occurred outside a temple in Amritsar on Friday night, Amritsar Commissioner GPS Bhullar said Pakistan's ISI was involved in such activities. "The thing is that Pakistan's ISI lures our youth into creating disturbances in Punjab," he said. His remark comes as a man injured several people with an iron rod inside Golden Temple in Amritsar on Friday.
