ISI-linked terror module behind rail track blast in Punjab, 4 arrested

An ISI-linked pro-Khalistan terror module is behind the blast that took place near a railway track in Punjab's Patiala, the police said. "We have arrested four individuals...we have recovered a laptop, some documentary evidence, a hand grenade, a walkie-talkie set, and two pistols," DIG Kuldeep Singh Chahal said. He added that the module behind the attack is active in Malaysia.
