ISIL-K seeks to recruit members from other terror groups: UN report

The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant-Khorasan (ISIL-K) seeks to recruit fighters from other terror outfits to amplify its capabilities, a UN report has said. The UN report added that it would prove difficult for the Taliban to reverse ISIL-K's gains if the group manages to regain control over its lost territories in eastern Afghanistan.
