ISIS claims responsibility for blast that killed Taliban minister

The ISIS has claimed responsibility for a suicide bombing, which killed Khalil Rahman Haqqani, Taliban's Minister for Refugees and Repatriation, inside the ministry premises in Kabul. Haqqani was the most high-profile casualty of an assault in the country since the Taliban seized power three years ago. High security measures were put in place on Thursday for Haqqani's funeral.
