ISIS terrorist Rizwan Ahmed arrested in UP's Kushinagar

Delhi Police’s Special Cell, in coordination with Uttar Pradesh ATS, arrested a suspected ISIS operative, Rizwan Ahmed, in UP’s Kushinagar. Rizwan reportedly had links with ISIS since 2015 and was actively involved in brainwashing multiple individuals, while building a network aligned with extremist ideology in India. He was previously arrested in 2015 in connection with terror-related activities.
