ISKCON removes spokesperson who defended no-eggs midday meals in Kolkata

Radharamn Das, who defended the West Bengal government's decision to replace eggs with vegetarian food in midday meals in Kolkata schools, has been removed as ISKCON spokesperson. ISKCON said he has been directed not to speak on behalf of the organisation, not mentioning that he has been removed over the no-eggs row. ISKCON listed other reasons for his removal.
