Enele Spoaga, the PM of the Pacific island state of Tuvalu on Monday urged the European leaders to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions to combat global warming before the country sinks beneath the ocean. Tuvalu which is the world's 4th-smallest nation is the most vulnerable to the rising sea-level. "We need to save Tuvalu to save the world," Spoaga appealed.
