Ola Electric has responded after a Twitter user claimed that the front suspension of his Ola S1 Pro scooter broke during low-speed driving. The company said that the recent incidents were caused due to "isolated high impact accidents" and that its scooters undergo rigorous quality assessment. The user had sought "replacement or design change" and claimed Ola used "poor material".
