Israel-Lebanon deal establishes process to disarm Hezbollah: Rubio

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Friday said the framework agreement between Israel and Lebanon establishes a clear process to disarm Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah. "The people of Lebanon have suffered tremendously for decades as a result of outside interference in their affairs," he added. The agreement, brokered by US, was signed after four days of negotiations in Washington.
