Israel on high alert as country marks 3 years since Hamas attack

Israel is on high alert as it marks three years since Hamas's October 7, 2023 attack that killed 1,221 people. Memorial events are planned at Kfar Aza, the Nova festival site and in Tel Aviv, where tributes will be paid to those killed. Defence minister Israel Katz warned of possible Hamas attacks against troops in Gaza on the anniversary.
