Israel is planning to expand its navy and boost investment in autonomous drones to protect its offshore assets and trade routes amid growing threats from Iran and its allies, Bloomberg reported. Israel currently operates 10 small unmanned surface vessels and a large unmanned underwater vehicle, as per a report. Recent developments at Hormuz have also raised demand for anti-mine capabilities.
