Israel's ceasefire deal with Hezbollah possible within days: Envoy

The Israeli ambassador to US said that a cease-fire deal to end fighting between Israel and the Lebanon-based Hezbollah could be reached "within days". Ambassador Mike Herzog told Israeli media that there remained "points to finalise" and that any deal required agreement from the government. Israeli troops launched a ground incursion in Lebanon in October.
