Israel seizes 21 Gaza-bound flotilla boats near Greece

The Global Sumud Flotilla on Thursday said Israeli forces seized 21 of its boats in international waters near Greece, while 17 managed to escape and enter Greek waters. Israel claimed that around 175 activists "are now making...their way peacefully to Israel". The flotilla, carrying humanitarian aid for Gaza, aimed to break blockade imposed by Israel on Gaza Strip since 2007.
