Israeli fire kills disabled civilian in Syria's Daraa

A civilian with a disability was killed on Thursday by Israeli fire during an incursion into the village of Jamla in Syria's Daraa province, Syrian state media reported. Syria condemned the act as a "grave violation" of international law. The UN deputy special envoy also deplored the killing, urging Israel to respect Syria's sovereignty and international law.
