France's disinformation detection service accused Israeli firm BlackCore of creating smear campaigns to interfere in elections in France, New York City, Scotland, Angola, and Togo, as per Reuters. BlackCore describes itself as an "elite influence, cyber, and tech company built for the modern era of information warfare." The person who hired BlackCore to run such campaigns hasn't been identified.
