Israeli startup forms ₹100-cr JV with Magellanic Cloud, Rayonix to make drones in India

Israeli startup Xtend entered into a joint venture worth over ₹100 crore with Telangana-based surveillance firm Magellanic Cloud and Gurugram-based defence technology firm Rayonix Tech to manufacture drones in India. The deal aims to establish local manufacturing and distribution capabilities to meet rising demand from India's defence sector. The systems will be supplied to the security forces.
