Israeli strike kills Hezbollah commander Srour as Netanyahu rejects 21-day truce

An Israeli airstrike killed Hezbollah aerial commander Muhammad Hussein Srour in Beirut on Thursday as PM Benjamin Netanyahu rejected a 21-day truce proposed by the US, France and other allies. "Will speak in action, not words," PM Netanyahu said. "During the 'Iron Swords' war, [Srour] executed several terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and [our] soldiers," Israel Defense Forces said.
