In an exceptional feat for India, the Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Dr. K. Radhakrishnan, has been chosen by the Nature journal as one of the top 10 scientists of 2014. His selection comes after the entry of Mangalyaan into the Martian orbit made India the first and only nation to do so in the 1st attempt.
