DRDO Chairman G Satheesh Reddy has said ISRO scientists were able to locate Chandrayaan-2's Vikram lander after PM Narendra Modi hugged and consoled ISRO Chairman K Sivan who broke down. "It's...great morale booster for scientists who saw last mile glitch in mission.
