Wipro, a leading IT services company in India, has stirred up the Indian IT industry by offering a generous severance package to departing CEO Thierry Delaporte. The package, rumored to be around Rs 92.1 crore (approximately $11 million), comes with a crucial requirement: Delaporte must refrain from taking up any job or advisory roles with another firm for twelve months.
