It’d be fitting if Ashwin & Jadeja captained India too: Gavaskar

Ex-India captain Sunil Gavaskar praised all-rounders Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja's performances in the first Test against Bangladesh. "[Their partnership in India's first innings] showed this team...can get back even if the referee has reached the count of eight," Gavaskar said. He stated it would've been "fitting" if they had captained India too "even if it was for one game".
