I-T Department raids premises of Tamil film producer Anbu Chezhiyan

The Income Tax Department is conducting raids at 40 locations linked to Tamil film producer GN Anbu Chezhiyan for alleged tax evasion. According to reports, raids started this morning at 6 am on 30 properties, including his home in Madurai and 10 locations in Chennai. He has been under the IT radar since February 2020, reports added.
