IT employees union urges POSH audit at TCS after sexual abuse case

The Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES) has urged the Labour Ministry to conduct a detailed audit of POSH compliance at TCS. This comes after several female employees at TCS' Nashik office alleged sexual harassment and religious coercion by colleagues. NITES has urged the ministry to take "immediate and decisive actions" and ensure such incidents do not recur.
