While hearing a public interest litigation against the ban on women entering the sanctum sanctorum of the Haji Ali Dargah, the Bombay High Court on Tuesday said, "this is an era of intolerance.” While refraining from deciding on religious issues which people get "very sensitive" about, the court asked the involved parties to settle the matter amicably.
