It is not about India: US State Secretary Rubio on new US Green Card rule

Commenting on the new US Green Card rule impacting Indians, US State Secretary Marco Rubio said, "It's not about India. It's about the whole world." "Our country, unfortunately, faced a very serious migratory crisis a few years ago...Over 20 million people unlawfully entered the country. We saw abuses of Green Card system in many cases as well," Rubio added.
