While addressing the Lok Sabha, PM Narendra Modi said that all members of the Parliament should not think of the Women's Reservation Bill as giving something to women because it is their right. He added, "We shouldn't be under the illusion that we're doing something for women. [The Bill] is their right. We have held it back for many decades."
