I-T raids underway at Trident Group offices nationwide: Report

The Income Tax Department is conducting raids at offices of the Trident Group across the country, ANI reported. Trident Group is a $1-billion+ Indian business conglomerate with presence in home textile, paper, stationery and FMCG sectors. The group has manufacturing facilities in Madhya Pradesh's Budhni and Punjab's Barnala and Dhaula. The group was founded by Padma Shri awardee Rajinder Gupta.
