It's a suspended animation: Patra on President's Rule in Manipur

Reacting to President's Rule being imposed in Manipur, BJP leader and the party's northeast in-charge, Sambit Patra said, "It is a suspended animation." The deadline for convening the Assembly was today and in the evening, President's Rule had to be declared in the state. Notably, Biren Singh resigned from the CM post on Sunday.
