It seems safer to be a cow than a Muslim: Shashi Tharoor

In an article condemning incidents of violence by India's "Hindutva" forces, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has said, "It seems safer in many places these days to be a cow than a Muslim." He also slammed Minorities Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi for claiming that there have been "no big communal riots" in India over the past four years.
