It wasn't paper leak but cheating: Punjab Education Minister on calls for resignation

Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains has responded to the opposition's call for his resignation over alleged paper leaks in Punjab. Bains said it wasn't a paper leak but cheating, in which the accused were caught red-handed, and appropriate action has been taken against them. Bains stated that pharmacy isn't his department and collective responsibility lies with the Punjab cabinet.
