ITC rises 0.33%; stock down 27% YoY, DIIs increase stake

ITC share price rose 0.33% to ₹306 from ₹305. The stock gained 5.44% in one month but declined 27.57% in one year. FIIs stood at 34.83%, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) increased to 49.15%. The company acquired control in Sproutlife Foods from April 1, 2026, strengthening its presence in packaged foods segment.
