ITC takes full control of Yoga Bar in ₹645 crore deal

ITC said it has acquired the remaining 52.5% stake in Sproutlife Foods, the company behind the "Yoga Bar" brand, for around ₹645 crore, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. ITC acquired 13,445 equity shares through a secondary purchase for cash consideration. The acquisition was completed on September 28, with Sproutlife becoming its wholly owned subsidiary effective the same day.
