It'll be a national loss: HC as it refuses to cancel MBBS degree of student who faked info

The Bombay High Court didn't cancel MBBS degree of a student who took admission to a college in 2012 as an OBC on a non-creamy layer certificate based on false information. The court said the ratio of doctors to population is low and cancelling her certificate would be a national loss as citizens would be deprived of one doctor.
