LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky in a message to new graduates said, "For a long time, graduates were told to have it all figured out." He added, "But in an era of constant change, you don't need to have it all figured out at once." He explained, "Your job...what you want...may change in five years, three years, or even next year."
