I've no idea what is fair: Medvedev on retiring vs Djokovic at Astana Open

Explaining the reason behind his retirement midway against Novak Djokovic in Astana Open semi-final, Daniil Medvedev said, "It's the second time in my life I retired like this with a pulled muscle." He added that playing another set would've resulted in missing half a year instead of a month and he doesn't have any idea about what is fair.
