IVF allowed for woman above 50, Punjab and Haryana HC rules

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has permitted a woman above the age of 50 to undergo IVF treatment for motherhood. Justice Jagmohan Bansal in a judgment on May 19 stated that the woman had previously given birth to a daughter through IVF treatment at Bishnoi Nursing Home, National Fertility Centre, at 49. At 51, she wants to conceive again.
