ixigo-backed startup SqaaS launches AI agent platform ShellBot

Spanish AI startup Squad As a Service (SqaaS), backed by ixigo, launched its AI agent platform ShellBot. It enables users to create personal AI assistants that operate round the clock and assist in tasks such as emails, scheduling, research, coding, and workflows on platforms such as WhatsApp, Slack and Telegram. ixigo acquired a 45.02% stake in SqaaS in February 2026.
