Iyer overtakes Kohli in most ODI 50+ scores at no. 4, equals Lara

India batter Shreyas Iyer's knock of 79 off 98 deliveries against New Zealand on Sunday marked his 16th 50-plus score in ODIs at number 4 position. He overtook Virat Kohli, who has scored over 50 runs 15 times in that position in the format. Iyer is on par with Brian Lara, who has 16 scores above fifty at number 4.
