J&K AAP leader Malik released from jail as HC quashes PSA case

Jammu and Kashmir AAP President Mehraj Malik was released from the Kathua District Jail on Tuesday after High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh quashed Public Safety Act (PSA) case against him. The J&K administration had invoked the PSA against him for allegedly disturbing public order, following which he was detained on September 8 last year.
