J&K allows one-time switch from NPS to OPS for eligible govt staff

Jammu and Kashmir Government has approved a one-time option for certain government employees covered under the National Pension System (NPS) to switch to the Old Pension Scheme (OPS). The provision applies to employees appointed to posts advertised before the notification of the New Pension Scheme. The option to switch must be exercised within three months from the date of order.
