J&K CM Omar Abdullah refuses to tricolour ribbon, says keep it with respect

Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah refused to cut a ribbon in saffron, white and green stripes of the Indian tricolour during the inauguration of an event in Srinagar on Wednesday. In a video, Abdullah was seen untying the ribbon, folding it and then handing it back to the organisers. He told them to keep the ribbon with respect.
